Brooke has a wide range of experience affecting body and health changes through diet. She teaches classes through La Grande Vita and as a teacher for the Natural Epicurean Academy of Culinary Arts. Her classes combine discussion of both wester/nutritional and eastern/energetic perspectives. Adult classes commonly include topics such as prevention of the 'Western Diseases' (Osteoporosis, Cancer, Diabetes, and Heart Disease); how to make major changes in slow, enjoyable ways; helping others (including children) transition to diets high on vegetables and grains; plant-based sources of the body's major nutritional needs (calcium, iron, protein, essential vitamins and minerals); and of course 'What is a plant-based diet?'
